At this time, the registration fees listed on the website are the standard fees for all participants, regardless of location and must be paid in USD if registering online.

Full registration includes the full conference program (not tutorials), welcome reception, lunches, breaks, program, and the proceedings link.

Paper Publication Policy

For an accepted paper to be presented, at least one author must be registered. The paper must be presented at the conference in order to be published. 

If you need to cover additional papers, you will need to have a co-author register or if you are a student, upgrade to a full registration. Please contact [email protected] with any questions or concerns.

Bank Transfers

If you need to register via bank transfer, please complete this registration form and send to Coral Miller, OFS Conference Manager. Bank transfers are non-refundable. 

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be received by July 29, 2022. There will be an administrative fee of US$150 deducted from each refund. 

Official Invitation Letter

Official invitation letters will be issued upon requests of those who complete the registration including payment. The letter will be sent from the General Chair of OFS 2022. This invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. To request an official invitation letter, participants must complete the registration process first. Please kindly note that OFS 2022 Organizing Committee cannot directly intervene on visa matters. If you need a letter of invitation for participating in OFS 2022, please email Coral Miller, Conference Manager.
