OFS-26 provides its early registration fee until April 9th, 2021 in order to generate discounted rates of the registration fee to those who are highly interested in the conference. Online registration is highly recommended to all conference participants.
Registration Fees
At this time, the registration fees listed on the website are the standard fees for all participants, regardless of location and must be paid in USD if registering online.
Full registration includes the full conference program (not tutorials), welcome reception, lunches, breaks, program, proceedings USB, and the conference dinner. NOTE: STUDENT REGISTRATIONS DO NOT INCLUDE THE CONFERENCE DINNER. Tickets can be purchased for $165.

Bank Transfers
If you need to register via bank transfer, please complete this registration form and send to Brianna Orr, OFS Conference Manager. Bank transfers are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by May 8, 2021. There will be an administrative fee of US$150 deducted from each refund.
Official Invitation Letter
Official invitation letters will be issued upon requests of those who complete the registration including payment. The letter will be sent from the General Chair of OFS 2021. This invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. To request an official invitation letter, participants must complete the registration process first. Please kindly note that OFS 2021 Organizing Committee cannot directly intervene on visa matters.
