Partow Technologies

Partow technologies develop electro-optic modulators and sensors based on thin film lithium niobate technology. We produce thin film lithium niobate substrates using in house wafer bonding tools. We produce photonic devices such as optical modulators and optical sensors on thin film lithium niobate substrates. Partow provides wafer bonding service, thin film lithium niobate substrates, optical modulators based on thin film lithium niobate and fiber optic sensors for detection of electromagnetic fields based on thin film lithium niobate technology.
